About the role
- SAP Consultant optimizing processes in production and logistics for a leading supplier in mobility solutions. Driving SAP system enhancements and collaboration across key areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate and optimize SAP processes in production and logistics
- Independent project work with a focus on standardization & harmonization
- Collaboration with key users, business departments and external partners
- Identify and implement process improvements — including beyond SAP
- Contribute to international rollouts (e.g., USA, UK)
- Assess and, where necessary, reduce Z-programs and custom developments
- Actively participate in SAP project management, particularly in SAP process consulting and SAP logistics processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Several years of experience as an SAP in-house consultant or SAP key user with customizing expertise in a production or logistics environment
- Solid knowledge of one or more SAP modules (PP, MM, SD)
- Experience with SAP production planning and SAP process management
- Project experience and a willingness to drive change
- Process-oriented mindset rather than module silos: you want to understand processes, not just operate them
- Confident handling of interfaces (MES, etc.)
- BPMN knowledge is a plus
- German: business fluent; English: good
