About the role
- Legal expert managing compliance and legal queries in banks, focusing on savings contracts and loan matters while ensuring regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Fungieren als Kontaktperson für interne und externe rechtliche Fragestellungen im Bereich Bauspargeschäft, insbesondere im Darlehenswesen
- Kommunikation mit Kund:innen, internen Abteilungen, Behörden, Banken, Anwält:innen und Notar:innen
- Erstellung und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung rechtlicher Dokumente wie Verträge und AGBs
- Analyse und Umsetzung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Konzernstandards
- Begleitung von internen und externen Audits sowie Erstellung relevanter Reports für die Gruppe
- Wissenstransfer durch Entwicklung und Durchführung von Schulungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Master oder Diplom)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im juristischen Umfeld, idealerweise in einer Bank oder Kanzlei
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit strategischem, innovativem und lösungsorientiertem Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Teamorientierung, Engagement und Humor im Arbeitsalltag
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie IT-Affinität
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
