Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients in the German mid-market (Mittelstand)
- Develop tailored strategies to target and engage key decision-makers
- Intensive relationship management with contacts at existing corporate clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of the funding landscape during the onboarding phase
- Develop tailored and sustainable financing strategies
- Present, discuss and negotiate proposed solutions with corporate clients
- Manage the development of financing and funding concepts in close collaboration with project managers
- Provide active support during the implementation phase, acting as the central liaison between the companies and the internal team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in corporate client sales within a bank
- Advanced knowledge in corporate financing
- Initial knowledge of funding programs and grants
- Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
- Know-how in financial statement analysis and balance sheet structure management
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Independent, structured, result- and solution-oriented working style
- Negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
