About the role
- Define the multi-year strategic vision and roadmap for the Business Services portfolio
- Grow and expand the scope and impact of program services
- Develop and oversee major grant and employer proposals
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure successful implementation of all contracts
- Analyze, evaluate, and report on program progress
- Hire, train, and supervise program leadership staff
- Cultivate, strengthen, and act as the primary contact for high-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Create a work environment where staff and clients feel heard and succeed
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of program leadership experience
- 5+ years of contract/program management
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- 5+ years' experience in adult education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce experience with bonuses
