About the role

• Software Engineer developing telephony components for the botario platform while working with cloud services and providing customer support. Requires strong Python skills and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the further development of our telephony systems
• Work with cloud services (Google, AWS, ...)
• Develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances
• Develop the connection to the environment of the customers if required
• Take care of the ongoing operation of customer systems in second level support for the telephony area
• Develop new connectors for external telephony related services

Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
• Very good programming skills in Python, with previous experience in multi-threading, multi-process control and parallel computing
• Experience working with Docker and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)
• Think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
• Like to work in a team and with agile methods
• Ideally, already have professional experience in software development
• Independent working style and passion about AI
• Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
