Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough assessment of applications submitted by email and through our Partner Portal to ensure compliance and completeness based on established criteria.
Forge and maintain strong, productive relationships with our partners.
Act as a primary point of contact to foster trust and collaboration, ensuring a seamless partnership experience.
Provide support to partners throughout the application process.
Address inquiries, offer guidance, and ensure clarity in requirements, facilitating a smooth and efficient application process.
Prepare and submit all qualified applications to the compliance team for review.
Manage and distribute approved offers to partners, acting as a liaison between the company and its partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals.
Negotiate terms and assist in the closure of applications, when necessary.
Manage the deal flow with partners, ensuring efficient and effective progression of all transactions.
Optimize partnership opportunities and outcomes.
Call and reignite merchants who had a previous offer in the past.
Requirements
An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of sales support experience, ideally within the Financial Services industry
Strong organizational and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills (French & English) and ability to interact with senior leadership and customers
