• Solutions & Insights Consultant role at Gladstone focused on consultancy in technology for health and leisure industry. Delivering onboarding, configuration, training, and insights with AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, configuration, and training for Gladstone solutions
• Support optimisation workshops and customer journey mapping
• Turn customer requirements into clear configurations and processes
• Learn and apply SQL and BI tools to interrogate customer data
• Help customers understand and use their data better to drive retention, utilisation, and revenue
• Translate technical analysis into plain language insights customers can act on
• Use AI tools internally to accelerate documentation, reporting, and analysis
• Act as a delivery lead on smaller workstreams and support project managers on larger programmes
• Ensure good documentation, RAID awareness, and clear communication with stakeholders
• Deliver role-based training and create customer-ready resources (guides, KB articles, micro learning)
• Coach customer teams to embed best practice
• Work with Sales and Product teams to ensure customer feedback shapes the roadmap
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of GCS service packages.

Requirements

• Background in Solutions Consultancy, Implementation, Training, or similar.
• Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Enjoys working directly with customers on a daily basis.
• Eager to learn and apply SQL and BI/reporting tools.
• Awareness of AI tools and a willingness to develop AI skills.
• Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Understanding of how leisure operators work (bookings, memberships, lessons, payments).
