Responsibilities
Define and operationalize data governance policies, standards, roles, and processes in multi-stakeholder contexts (federal and, progressively, federative).
Structure and maintain data catalogs, metadata models, dictionaries, taxonomies, and common semantic frameworks.
Support the definition of master data, data domains, and rules for versioning and traceability.
Support technical and semantic interoperability initiatives among heterogeneous systems and databases.
Ensure compliance with LGPD, LAI and other regulations, applying privacy-by-design and security-by-design principles.
Define rules for classification, sharing, anonymization, and protection of sensitive data.
Support analytical and AI projects in data curation, validation, and preparation.
Produce technical standards, operational guides, and governance documentation.
Support knowledge transfer processes and dissemination of best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in data governance, data management, or data quality.
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, DAMA-DMBOK, and FAIR principles.
Experience with data catalogs, metadata, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
Experience with interoperability, APIs, and open standards.
Knowledge of LGPD, data protection, and information security fundamentals.
Familiarity with data architecture and supporting analytical and AI projects.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Systems thinking and ability to coordinate across institutions.
Clear communication with technical audiences and managers.
Methodological rigor, organization, and attention to standards.
Experience in complex institutional environments or the public sector is a plus.
