About the role

  • Compliance Officer managing compliance systems and risks at Johanniter GmbH. Overseeing compliance training and guiding management for adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Management and further development of the Compliance Management System
  • Identification and assessment of compliance risks and development of measures to eliminate them
  • Design and delivery of compliance training and development of communication initiatives
  • Development and updating of compliance policies in collaboration with specialist departments and subsidiaries
  • Compliance advisory support for management and employees
  • Participation in the investigation of indications of compliance violations
  • Conducting internal investigations related to adherence to compliance rules
  • Preparation of compliance reporting for executive management

Requirements

  • University or university-of-applied-sciences degree in business administration, law, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in compliance, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Very good user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (German: C1/C2 level)
  • Committed, reliable, and independent working style with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and service-minded approach
  • Strong team player with high integrity
  • Analytical and structured thinking and working style
