Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management: Initiate, coordinate and lead market research and data analysis projects from design to delivery
  • Strategic partnership: Challenge internal stakeholders to fully understand business needs and translate them into precise research questions
  • Methodology design: Select the most effective research techniques, define target audiences and create high-impact survey questionnaires
  • In-depth analysis: Perform complex data analyses using Excel or SPSS to uncover hidden patterns
  • Actionable insights: Summarize findings into concrete, high-level recommendations to inform business strategy

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in market research or data analysis
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Analysis, Market Research, or a related field)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • SPSS expertise strongly preferred
  • Excellent understanding of customer insights challenges and proven experience with market research techniques
  • Language skills: Fluent English required; Dutch or French proficiency highly valued
