Marketing Production Manager joining Kmart team to optimize content production processes and manage budgets. Leading talent management, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Responsibilities
Content production management, including booking talent, locations and scheduling
Manage the production estimate, invoice and approval process for content, campaign and packaging shoots
Production timeline adherence based on the critical path
Supplier negotiation (e.g. loadings, production budgets) and cost control expertise
Drive Production process improvements
Talent loadings administration. Management and negotiation of talent loadings across all marketing and packaging activity
Sample process management with key internal and external stakeholders. Includes managing interdependencies and embracing cost effective solutions through process or technology
Print and POS production including overseeing briefing, budgets, proofs and workflow delivery
Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, merchandising, VM) and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution of content production
Managing and supporting a direct report in a fast-paced, high pressure team
Requirements
5-7 years’ experience in a similar role or field
Degree in Marketing or Business
Detailed knowledge of omni-channel retail marketing
Strong leadership, administration and negotiation skills
Excellent planning, organization, budget control and time management skills
Extensive knowledge of production, from social content, digital, print and packaging
Experience in working cross-functionally in a large and fast paced retail environment.
