About the role
- Data Analyst with strong experience in Qlik Sense to support logistics and supply chain decision-making. Collaborating with business stakeholders to create analytical dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense (Power BI knowledge is a strong plus)
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets efficiently
- Collaborate closely with logistics and business teams to:
- Simplify and streamline existing processes
- Identify issues in current systems and propose enhancements
- Explore, design, and recommend new data-driven solutions
- Understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analytical insights
- Support the creation of dashboards that directly support operational and strategic decision-making
- Actively engage with business users, applying a critical, solution-oriented, and value-driven mindset
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense
- Solid proficiency in SQL, with experience working on large and complex datasets
- Ability to independently explore data and identify relevant insights
- Experience in logistics or supply chain projects is a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus (Qlik Sense and Power BI preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work closely with business users, understand their needs, and propose tailored analytical solutions
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English
- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
