Junior Content Writer for innovative iGaming company creating content for the German market. Engaging personalized content and collaboration with CRM team in hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
Create and translate German content for CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site communications
Produce content for casino promotions and in-platform user experiences
Personalize content using customer data and insights
Ensure all content follows brand tone and German regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with CRM and VIP teams to provide content for campaigns and visual assets, including email and landing page images
Support A/B testing by preparing alternative content for optimization
Organize and maintain content for easy access and future reference
Update content in Contentful in collaboration with Casino and UX teams
Ensure all content complies with German gambling regulations and advertising standards
Work closely with CRM, Casino, UX, and Marketing teams to meet content needs
Provide translations and linguistic support to other departments as needed
Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to improve content and personalization, supporting tailored offers and communications
Requirements
1+ years of experience writing content in German
2+ years of experience in iGaming
Native-level German and fluency in English with excellent written and spoken skills
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Contentful) and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer engagement strategies
Familiarity with German gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audience
Data-driven approach to content optimization
Organized, with excellent attention to detail, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
