About the role

  • Compliance Administrator managing compliance administration duties for a financial services provider. Involves client onboarding, CDD documentation collection, and liaising with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general compliance administration duties, including collection of CDD documentation as part of KYC procedures
  • Manage client onboarding and screening procedures
  • Review client files and CDD data while maintaining files up to date
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings
  • Support team members in matters related to compliance
  • Liaise with internal departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Formal tertiary education in compliance or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a compliance administration role in Malta, preferably in financial or corporate services
  • Excellent English communication skills at C2/native level, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of regulations, directives, and compliance procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, professionalism, and maintains confidentiality.
