About the role
- Lead Cloud Engineer driving multi-cloud strategy and managing AWS and Azure environments at JLL. Leading an infrastructure team while implementing cloud security and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AWS and Azure infrastructure environments to ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Lead infrastructure automation initiatives and implement cloud security protocols across all platforms
- Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure team through mentoring and coaching
- Drive innovation in cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and operational processes
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customer-centric infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with our internal cloud architects, enterprise security teams to maintain security best practices, compliance standards, and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management with deep expertise in both AWS and Azure platforms
- Proven experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM templates, CI/CD pipelines, Python)
- Strong background in cloud security frameworks, identity management, and compliance protocols
- Demonstrated leadership experience with track record of building and scaling technical teams
- Strong desire to be a lifelong learner that is ready to learn and adopt new technologies as they emerge.
