Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Junior Front-End Developer to define, design, and deliver new product features.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and accessible front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Translate and create Figma designs and prototypes into responsive and high-performance web experiences.
- Contribute to the design process, including ideation, wire framing, prototyping, and UI design improvements.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system and component library to ensure consistency across products.
- Participate in user testing and design reviews, providing valuable technical and UX feedback.
- Optimize the front-end for performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flows.
- Mentor and support the Junior Front-End Developer, sharing best practices and promoting clean, scalable code.
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement through code reviews, design critiques, and shared learnings.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in front-end development using React.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript, component architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience with modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, MUI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and a good design sensibility.
- Experience working with Figma.
- Comfortable collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- A proactive, curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve user experience and front-end quality.
- Bonus: PHP back-end framework (Laravel) & VueJS
