About the role
- Senior Content Developer leading the development of embedded systems and robotics educational content for the DECI Project. Overseeing quality and mentoring junior developers in a hybrid role based in Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of **end-to-end embedded systems & robotics curriculum**
- Create and oversee:
- Interactive lessons, tutorials, and technical content
- Hands-on projects and real-world applications
- Assessments and evaluation frameworks
- Supervise and mentor **junior content developers**, ensuring consistency and quality
- Ensure alignment with **DECI objectives and modern educational standards**
- Contribute to **curriculum strategy, structure, and roadmap planning**
- Review and enhance content based on **student feedback and performance insights**
- Maintain high standards of **content quality, clarity, and engagement**
- Handle **additional project leadership and cross-functional tasks** as needed
Requirements
- **3+ years of experience in:**
- Embedded systems
- Electronics or robotics
- **Proven experience in:**
- Curriculum development, training, or teaching (**highly preferred**)
- **Hands-on experience with:**
- Microcontrollers (ESP32, ATmega)
- Embedded C/C++
- Sensors, actuators, and communication protocols
