Responsibilities
Implement IPM’s Supply System (Sistema de Suprimentos) at municipal public institutions, following business rules and client requirements — covering tenders, procurement, contracts, inventory/warehouse management, asset management, and fleets.
Analyze processes and system functionalities to identify improvements and necessary adjustments.
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.
Requirements
Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically gained in the public sector or companies that work with government bidding processes.
Comfortable with technology.
Availability for frequent travel.
