About the role

  • Implementing IPM's public procurement system in municipalities. Analyzing processes and providing training to users while ensuring data security.

Responsibilities

  • Implement IPM’s Supply System (Sistema de Suprimentos) at municipal public institutions, following business rules and client requirements — covering tenders, procurement, contracts, inventory/warehouse management, asset management, and fleets.
  • Analyze processes and system functionalities to identify improvements and necessary adjustments.
  • Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security.
  • Deliver training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features.
  • Monitor the implementation process, resolving issues and answering questions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Experience with public tenders and public procurement, typically gained in the public sector or companies that work with government bidding processes.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
