About the role
- Consultant implementing education module of IPM in municipal public entities. Analyzing processes and providing training for system users.
Responsibilities
- Implement the IPM Education module in municipal public bodies, following business rules and the client’s requirements;
- Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and necessary adjustments;
- Configure/parameterize the system according to the collected requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
- Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available features;
- Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and addressing user questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Pedagogy, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Knowledge of public legislation and regulations applicable to the area of operation (Public Education);
- Availability for frequent travel.
