About the role
- Consultant for Dynamics 365 ERP system implementation at Inway Systems. Assisting clients with project management, training, and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- You advise and support our clients during the Dynamics 365 implementation process in varied and engaging projects
- Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
- Train key users in their business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Expand our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Support our existing customers after successful Dynamics 365 implementation
Requirements
- Academic or vocational training in business administration or business informatics
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in production, trade & logistics, or finance
- Ideally, industry experience in wholesale and mail-order trade, IT, or high-tech and electronics
- Strong ability to understand business processes and map them in an ERP system
- Pronounced analytical and communication skills
- Customer orientation, self-responsibility, and team spirit
- Strong execution skills and the ability to assert decisions
- Willingness to travel
- Very good German and English skills
