About the role
- ERP Consultant supporting clients in implementing Dynamics 365 with project leadership and training. Focused on customer-specific solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- You advise and support our clients during the implementation of Dynamics 365 in varied and engaging projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development department
- Train key users in their day-to-day business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Expand our industry solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Support our existing customers after the successful roll-out of Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Several years of experience in ERP consulting
- Good functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics or finance
- Strong ability to capture business processes and represent them in the ERP system
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer orientation, personal responsibility and team spirit
- Strong implementation focus and assertiveness
- Very good German and English skills
