About the role

Responsibilities
- You advise and support our customers during the implementation of Dynamics 365 in varied and exciting projects.
- Conduct requirements analyses, client meetings, workshops and presentations
- Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with our development team
- Train key users in their business processes
- Develop appropriate solution concepts for customer-specific customization of Dynamics 365
- Extend our industry-specific solutions based on Dynamics 365
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers after the Dynamics 365 go-live
Requirements
- Several years' experience in ERP consulting
- Strong functional knowledge in manufacturing, trade & logistics, or finance
- Strong ability to understand business processes and map them in an ERP system
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Customer focus, personal responsibility, and team spirit
- Results-oriented with strong implementation and assertiveness skills
- Very good German and English language skills
