Responsibilities

• We are looking for a **Senior ICT Project Manager** to lead and coordinate ICT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed quality standards. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong project delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities in IT environments. The company is headquartered in Bratislava.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of ICT projects.
• Organize and lead project governance activities, including meetings, checkpoints, and decision-making boards.
• Manage interdependencies across project workstreams and ensure cohesive progress.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and plans using standardized project management tools.
• Support the preparation and delivery of key project artifacts.
• Monitor deliverables to meet quality standards and timelines as defined in the project implementation plan.
• Follow established change control and approval processes, including security accreditation procedures when applicable.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Track project budgets and resources, ensuring timely corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Support portfolio management activities and contribute to project governance structures.
• Provide methodology guidance and contribute to internal process development and training.
• Oversee work packages delivered by external contractors, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Extensive professional experience in the ICT sector.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects across the full system development lifecycle.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies and standards (HTML/CSS, JSON, XML).
• Strong technical background and familiarity with software development processes.
• Competence in risk management and technical documentation.
• Experience with stakeholder communication and project budget tracking.
• **One of the following project management certifications is required**:
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Professional Scrum Master / Certified Scrum Master
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
• PM² Essentials
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
