About the role

  • Sales Support Specialist managing spare parts processes and technical inquiries for international locations. Handling offers, orders, and coordinating deliveries while engaging with various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support our international locations with spare parts processes and technical inquiries
  • Creation and entry of quotations and orders for intercompany transactions in SAP
  • Including tracking of delivery dates and coordination with relevant internal interfaces/stakeholders
  • Identification of spare parts based on parts lists and technical documentation
  • Organization and coordination of international shipments and pickups
  • Assistance with shipment tracking
  • Preparation of pro forma invoices for export shipments
  • Preparation of credit notes and invoices
  • Handling of spare parts complaints/claims
  • Returns management including issuing corresponding credit notes
  • Technical evaluation and price calculation for spare parts and spare parts kits
  • Maintenance of parts lists for legacy equipment
  • Support for proactive sales activities

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or technical training with basic commercial knowledge
  • Experience in international order processing
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures
  • Experience using a CRM/ticketing system is desirable
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Ideally experience with SAP S/4
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Confident manner when representing the company externally
  • Strong assertiveness
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
