- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical BI solutions.

- Design and maintain scalable Power BI data models that support enterprise reporting.
- Apply strong UI/UX principles to ensure reports are visually consistent, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Build and optimize DAX measures, including time intelligence and more advanced calculations.
- Develop Power Query transformations to stage, cleanse, and shape data efficiently.
- Apply and help evolve governance standards (security, deployment pipelines, certified datasets).
- Collaborate with other BI developers through reviews and shared best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
- Strong hands-on Power BI experience (semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query)
- Comfort working with SQL and enterprise data sources
- Experience supporting production BI content with a focus on reliability and performance
- Ability to communicate trade-offs, assumptions, and definitions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
