Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Inclusive Design, UX Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong emphasis on accessibility research
- Experience doing inclusive research, accessible product design, and accessible development considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingualism (French and English) - Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
