About the role

  • Administrative support for customer service at innovIT AG, specializing in complex B2B infrastructure projects. Focus on organization, customer communication, and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule routes for our field service technicians
  • Support service technicians with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • Customer communication – by phone and in writing
  • Plan and coordinate internal processes and maintain relevant data in our systems
  • General office administration and handling of day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Commercial or technical training or comparable qualification – several years of experience in customer service required
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of independence and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with customers and colleagues
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Very good command of German, both spoken and written
  • Basic technical understanding and an interest in learning new technical topics
