About the role

• Senior Platform Engineer developing internal SDKs and AI platforms for Inmetrics, focusing on Node, Go, and Python technologies with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal SDKs (email, authentication, logging, etc.) and build reusable multi-tenant APIs.
• Ensure versioning and backward compatibility by creating standardized abstractions for squads.
• Develop the internal AI platform in partnership with the AI Governance team, implementing usage controls and rate limiting.
• Evolve corporate templates, create and maintain "Golden Paths", and enhance automated quality gates.
• Integrate with Backstage (IDP), GitLab CI, and GKE (the latter at an architectural level, not operational).

Requirements

• Strong back-end expertise with proficiency in Node, Go, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of REST API design, distributed systems architecture, and multi-tenant systems.
• Proficiency in semantic versioning, automated testing, and authentication flows (OAuth / JWT / RBAC).
• Proven experience with CI/CD and Kubernetes (architectural level).
• 'AI-native' profile required: daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Codeium.
• Language: Technical/Advanced English (global communication).
• Preferred: experience with advanced GitLab CI, SDK design, LLM APIs, and internal platforms.
• Plus: experience building corporate SDKs, working on a Platform Engineering team, or experience with IDP (Backstage).
