About the role
- DevOps Engineer ensuring reliable operations for SaaS solutions at INFORM. Focus on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and service automation in the Risk & Fraud business unit.
Responsibilities
- You design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS services.
- Together with the team, you take ownership of the infrastructure – from setup and operation to continuous optimization.
- You work with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) to create reproducible and stable environments.
- You support the development and operation of individual services and application components.
- You ensure monitoring, reliability, security, and compliance across our platforms.
- You collaborate closely with other team members to deliver secure, high-performance, and reliable services into production.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Software Engineering role.
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) in agile, product-driven environments.
- Enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
- A strong continuous improvement mindset and a high willingness to learn.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation (design, implementation, maintenance, and operation).
- Experience with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring, reliability, security, and compliance, including data protection and operational risk management.
