About the role

  • Developing an ISMS tool in cybersecurity consulting while collaborating with development teams and enhancing user experience. Engaging in software development with Angular and .NET.

Responsibilities

  • You evaluate the feasibility of implementing “Grundschutz++” in the existing ISMS tool, based on the IT baseline protection standard of the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).
  • You analyze the existing database architecture and assess its structure, logic and optimization potential.
  • You work intensively on the user experience, identify areas for improvement and develop concrete optimization proposals.
  • In addition, you create wireframes and UI concepts to drive the functional and visual development of the tool.
  • In close coordination with the development team and the business unit, you ensure that requirements are captured in a structured way and implemented sensibly from a technical perspective.

Requirements

  • You are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security or a comparable field and have already completed your basic studies.
  • You have basic knowledge of the BSI IT baseline protection (IT-Grundschutz) and an interest in regulatory requirements and information security processes.
  • You have already gained experience in UX/UI — either through academic projects or personal projects outside the university.
  • You have practical experience in software development with Angular and .NET, for example through university projects or private development projects.
  • You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
