Responsibilities
You plan, install, and configure complete IT infrastructures and networks according to customer requirements.
You develop complex, customer-specific IT solutions by integrating our hardware and software components.
You create requirements analyses, develop test specifications, and work closely with the development department.
You act as a project contact from the initial specification workshops through to final acceptance of the complete solution.
You coordinate fault and incident resolution for hardware and software for our customers across various industries.
You advise our project managers and customers on the use of hardware and software.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a degree in IT with a focus on networks/infrastructure.
You are a friendly, open, and communicative person.
You enjoy working both in a team and directly with customers.
With your quick grasp and strong technical understanding, you are an asset to our team.
English skills (at least B2) spoken and written.
If you have already proven your abilities as a Systems Engineer or System Administrator in practice, you are welcome to apply as an experienced candidate.
You excel in IT networks and network architecture and have knowledge of network protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP, TCP, UDP, HTTPS...).
Solid knowledge in configuring Windows and/or Linux systems.
Knowledge in IT security, firewalls, VPN, and routers.
