About the role
- Frontend Developer focusing on React for an independent TV and sports streaming service. Collaborating on project development with a creativity-driven hybrid model in Dresden.
Responsibilities
- Further development of the two main projects (TV streaming and ad platform)
- Close collaboration with mobile (Android/iOS) and backend developers (Python, Go)
- Implementation of the clients to maximize reach, optimization of server and cloud infrastructure, aggregation of the content catalog, development of the shop system for subscriptions and single purchases, integration with payment providers, data pipelines, data-warehouse solutions, and connections to external interfaces
- Multi-ad-slot technology, implementation of SDKs for Android, iOS and web, monitoring and optimization of server applications/cloud infrastructure, automations, data pipelines and data-warehouse solutions, reporting and billing systems, real-time analytics, and integration with third-party systems
- Project management tasks for new projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or vocational IT training
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering complex web projects
- Practical experience with: TypeScript, ES6, React, Git, HTML, CSS3, CI/CD
- Ideally initial experience in UI/UX design and software testing
- Fluent German (English is an advantage)
- Independent working style with a high degree of creativity and interest in new topics
