Responsibilities
Provide franchisees with support throughout the entire project process, including renovations, new store openings, and relocations;
Responsible for defining and contracting the approved design firm for project execution, as well as creating purchase requisitions and controlling invoice issuance;
Manage the team of approved suppliers and their deliverables, directing requests and workflow;
Ensure brand standards by communicating concepts to partner design firms, suppliers, and internal teams;
Ensure complete project deliveries on time and to the required quality by controlling project schedules and projected costs;
Evaluate the performance of design firms through technical assessments and KPI development, maintaining quality control of approved vendors in the area;
Support the Construction and Procurement teams to ensure project revision information is communicated to them;
Responsible for developing new suppliers relevant to the area, focusing on ensuring brand standards and strategy;
Coordinate the organization of documents, project issuances, and approvals across various platforms.
Requirements
Prior experience in the role is required, preferably in the fast-food/foodservice sector;
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field;
Ability to lead projects and mentor professionals in the area;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other tools relevant to the field;
Strong ability to read and interpret project drawings and propose solutions.
