About the role

• Release Engineer overseeing software release mechanics at ICEYE, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of Earth Observation solutions. Collaborating with teams to build and improve CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the organization’s release mechanics as a reliable engineering system, ensuring software is versioned, validated, promoted, and released in a predictable, scalable, and low-risk manner.
• Build and maintain robust tooling and processes that increase release confidence, reduce operational risk, and enable fast, high-quality software delivery across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience building and evolving CI/CD automation in production environments.
• Experience providing technical leadership and influencing engineering teams through system design and engineering standards.
• Ability to diagnose complex release and deployment failures and implement durable improvements.
