Network Infrastructure Analyst focusing on enhancing health service networks in Brazil. Responsible for managing connectivity and telecom solutions across multiple health hubs.
Responsibilities
Support the IT Infrastructure environment with a focus on Networks and Telecom, handling incidents, service requests, corrective actions and connectivity-related improvements.
Plan, control and execute Network and Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule and cost adherence.
Serve as the technical interface with vendors for the support and deployment of solutions in: Data Networks, Telecommunications, and Connectivity.
Ensure the reliability, availability and performance of IT services across all institutional HUBs and units, acting at a corporate level.
Be responsible for the design, implementation and technological evolution of environments including: Networks (LAN/WAN), Wi‑Fi, Firewall, data links, Telephony, Access Control, and CCTV.
Optical backbone and structured cabling (UTP).
Manage and monitor strategic network and telecom infrastructure vendors.
Implement improvements and structural changes to the technology architecture to raise the reliability level of the environments.
Act proactively in resolving critical incidents related to connectivity and telecommunications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector is a plus.
Availability for occasional travel.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site at Taquaral).
Must reside in Campinas or the surrounding area.
Experience in Network Infrastructure, Security and Telecom, including:
Networking and Routing: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2/L3 switches, VLANs, QoS and Link Aggregation
Firewall (Fortinet): NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, SSL/SSH inspection, DLP, HA, FortiManager and security policies
Telecom: WAN links, LAN-to-LAN links, SD-WAN, VoIP, SIP Trunk, PBX and Contact Center
Cabling: Optical, UTP CAT6, certification and physical infrastructure
Wireless: 802.1x, RADIUS, WPA2/WPA3, 2.4/5 GHz, MIMO and Wi‑Fi 6
