About the role

Responsibilities
- As one of the first three software team members, you will fundamentally shape our product and technical direction and work closely with the founders
- Based on customer feedback, you develop concepts, iterate, and implement them — you are responsible for complete features end-to-end across the entire stack

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Django, Python, Docker
- Experience shipping products/features in a fast-paced environment
- Self-efficacy & ownership: You manage workstreams and responsibilities effectively and proactively
- Truly full-stack: confident in backend and frontend development and deploying to cloud services
- Comfortable in a startup environment: you see uncertainty as an opportunity and enjoy experimenting
