About the role
- Senior Site Reliability Engineer managing critical infrastructure at Hornetsecurity. Collaborating with product teams to ensure performance and reliability across services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the SRE point of contact for one or more product teams and for technical coordination committees.
- Translate reliability and performance requirements into concrete product features.
- Work directly with business and product teams to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementations.
- Define, monitor, and optimize SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
- Analyze incidents (root cause analysis), lead post-mortems, and drive continuous improvement.
- Propose and validate architectural changes to support high volumes of users and servers.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' experience in Linux administration and infrastructure environments
- Ability to make decisions and take technical ownership of parts of the platform
- Identify problems and propose solutions in a fast-paced, multi-technology, high-volume environment
- Fluency in French and English is essential, as is strong proficiency with Linux
