Responsibilities
Identify older properties for sale in your territory
Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
Understand the actual needs of property owners who are selling
Estimate the property with the support of our commercial and technical team (location, property characteristics, etc.)
Conduct expert inspections/site assessments
Offer sales support (standard or exclusive mandate) or immediate purchase with the intent to resell
Analyze legal documentation related to the property (minutes of condominium meetings, diagnostics/reports, etc.)
Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with seller-owners (price, timelines, special conditions, etc.)
Structure and calibrate the purchase offer
Coordinate photo shoots, supervise the writing of listings and ensure the property’s visibility on various property portals (we publish for you)
Conduct viewings with potential buyers and verify their solvency/financial capacity
Provide regular reporting to seller-owners
Coordinate the signing of documents (purchase offer, preliminary sales agreement, final deed)
Requirements
Independent / freelance status (auto-entrepreneur, EI, EURL, SASU…)
Experience in real estate or in sales is a plus
