About the role

  • Real estate advisor specializing in the sale and resale of properties with autonomy and flexible work arrangements. Joining a fast-growing company revolutionizing real estate sales in France.

Responsibilities

  • Identify older properties for sale in your territory
  • Contact and meet sellers and organize property viewings
  • Understand the actual needs of property owners who are selling
  • Estimate the property with the support of our commercial and technical team (location, property characteristics, etc.)
  • Conduct expert inspections/site assessments
  • Offer sales support (standard or exclusive mandate) or immediate purchase with the intent to resell
  • Analyze legal documentation related to the property (minutes of condominium meetings, diagnostics/reports, etc.)
  • Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with seller-owners (price, timelines, special conditions, etc.)
  • Structure and calibrate the purchase offer
  • Coordinate photo shoots, supervise the writing of listings and ensure the property’s visibility on various property portals (we publish for you)
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers and verify their solvency/financial capacity
  • Provide regular reporting to seller-owners
  • Coordinate the signing of documents (purchase offer, preliminary sales agreement, final deed)

Requirements

  • Independent / freelance status (auto-entrepreneur, EI, EURL, SASU…)
  • Experience in real estate or in sales is a plus
