Responsibilities
Identify resale properties available in your area
Contact and meet sellers and arrange property viewings
Understand the real needs of owner-sellers
Value the property with the support of our commercial and technical team (location, property features, etc.)
Carry out property assessment visits
Offer sales support (standard or exclusive mandate) or immediate purchase with the aim of reselling
Analyze legal documents related to the property (minutes of co-ownership meetings, diagnostics, etc.)
Negotiate the main terms of the transaction with owners-sellers (price, timelines, special conditions, etc.)
Structure the purchase offer
Coordinate photo shoots, oversee listing descriptions, and ensure the property's visibility on various real-estate portals (we publish for you)
Conduct viewings with potential buyers and verify their financial capacity
Provide regular reports to owners-sellers
Coordinate the signing of documents (offer to purchase, sales agreement, notarial deed)
Requirements
Independent / freelance status (Auto-Entrepreneur, EI, EURL, SASU, etc.)
