Responsibilities
- You check data together with our stakeholders for completeness and quality and consistently follow up on missing or incorrect data by e‑mail and phone.
- You design analyses and dashboards with our users and implement them in close coordination with our engineers.
- You build a deep understanding of our data platform, structure complex topics and translate them into clear requirements for the engineering team.
- You support the standardization of data, perform regular plausibility/consistency checks, maintain mappings and help automate recurring processes.
- You run data queries and further develop existing SQL queries.
- You create and optimize dashboards in Tableau.
- You answer colleagues’ questions about using data and systems and support with minor technical issues and debugging.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Management or another quantitative discipline.
- Entry‑level candidates welcome; initial experience (e.g., Product Management, Analytics, Finance/Controlling or Procurement) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for understanding and structuring complex relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment working with diverse stakeholders.
- Careful, structured and persistent approach when following up on and obtaining data.
- Confident use of Google Sheets/Excel. Basic SQL knowledge and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) are a plus.
- Initial experience with AI is a plus, for example using generative tools or a basic understanding of ML concepts.
- Fluent German and English.
