About the role
- Product & Data Analytics Manager working on implementing a central data platform for home24. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to deliver analytical solutions and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- You check data for completeness and quality together with our stakeholders and consistently follow up on missing or incorrect data by email and phone
- You design analyses and dashboards together with our users and implement them in close coordination with our engineers
- You build a deep understanding of our data platform, structure complex topics and translate them into clear requirements for the engineering team
- You support the standardization of data, perform regular plausibility checks and maintain mappings, as well as automate recurring processes
- You execute data queries and further develop existing SQL queries
- You create and optimize dashboards in Tableau
- You answer colleagues’ questions about using data and systems and support with minor technical issues and debugging
Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Management or another quantitative discipline
- Entry-level candidates welcome; initial experience (e.g., in Product Management, Analytics, Finance/Controlling or Procurement) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in understanding and structuring complex relationships
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Careful, structured and persistent working style when tracking down and obtaining data
- Confident use of Google Sheets/Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau) are a plus
- Initial experience with AI is a plus, e.g., using generative tools or basic ML concepts
- Fluent German and English
