About the role

  • Export Sales Manager developing strategies and managing sales across Middle Asia for a global leader in metal cutting. Involves tender management, contract negotiation, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies for Middle Asia in line with company objectives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, key accounts, and governmental / industrial customers
  • Manage and grow existing customer and distributor networks
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and market reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and regulatory changes
  • Identify, evaluate, and participate in public and private tenders across Middle Asian markets
  • Coordinate the full tender lifecycle
  • Lead commercial contract negotiations with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Ensure correct application of Incoterms, payment terms, guarantees, penalties, and delivery conditions
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, government bodies, and tender authorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in export sales or international business, preferably in Middle Asia or CIS markets
  • Proven experience in tender management and contract negotiations
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export control, and sanctions compliance
  • Experience working with Legal and Finance departments on complex contracts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English on professional level and Russian on native level.
