About the role

- You are responsible for planning, commissioning and operational support of network components independently.

- Planning, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance of network components.
- Cross-departmental technical support on IT matters.
- Support and execution of IT documentation.
- Maintenance of the helpdesk system and the knowledge base.
- On-call duty as part of the local team; no travel required.
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist (System Integration or IT Systems Electronics), a technical degree, further qualification as an IT technician, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in planning and commissioning IT network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of network configuration and operations with CISCO (CCNA or CCNP certification desirable).
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
- Experience with security systems.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
