About the role
- Einkaufssachbearbeiter handling procurement tasks for Hoberg & Driesch in Düsseldorf. Focusing on order processing, supplier communication, and operational procurement functions.
Responsibilities
- Einkaufssachbearbeitung/Bestellabwicklung in unserem Zentraleinkauf in Düsseldorf-Rath
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus den Vertriebsbereichen
- Einholen, Vergleichen und Verfolgen von Angeboten
- Abwicklung des operativen Bestellvorgangs im ERP-System
- Terminabstimmung mit Lieferanten und Überwachung der termingerechten Lieferung
- Koordinierung, Disposition und Kontrolle der einzelnen Wareneingänge
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit bestehenden Lieferanten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann im Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen im Einkauf
- Kenntnisse aus der Stahldistribution von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse im Dialog mit Lieferanten
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten und SAP
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
