About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate regional industrial engineering activities, ensuring best practices are implemented across all manufacturing sites.
- Oversee and support the monitoring and execution of investment projects, including capacity expansions, equipment upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance, project progress, and cost management.
- Standardize processes and drive digitalization in data collection and performance analysis across the HUB.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align on strategic investments and operational goals.
- Work closely with HSE functions to design and implement sustainable and safe operational solutions.
- Fosters sharing of best practices and is the owner of the industrial best practice handbook.
- Proposes and oversees the industrial investments across the HUB.
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering/technical
- Experience in manufacturing operations roles
- Experience in industrial engineering in advanced and automated manufacturing plants
- ERP knowledgeable, SAP preferred
- Understanding of BOM structures
- Required good communication skills and a team player.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Be able to work in a regional environment and being willing and able to travel
