About the role
- Senior Consultant for IT disaster management focusing on security consulting for clients. Leading IT contingency exercises and collaborating on disaster recovery plans both on-site and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and conduct IT emergency exercises, supporting various clients in developing IT emergency concepts, restart and recovery plans, and data backup strategies — on-site and remotely
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding security incidents, response and recovery procedures, or emergency measures in the cloud
- Participate in real Incident Response deployments and assist clients in ensuring operational continuity
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics such as information security, 3rd party risk management, and risk management to further develop our consulting services
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field or a comparable professional qualification in the IT sector
- Experience applying ITSCM standards, e.g. ISO 27031, or comparable standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, plus several years of professional experience
- Routine in project leadership and a strong interest in knowledge transfer
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
