Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization, and IT management; identify their organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them.
- Shape the change process collaboratively and at eye level with employees and management across various client industries and the public sector.
- Further develop our consulting services by contributing your experience and new methods.
- Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects.
Requirements
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization within an IT-related environment.
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world.
- Familiarity with the challenges at the IT–business interface.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German.
