About the role

Requirements
- University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT Service Management, ideally with experience in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience managing complex IT organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, together with the ability to analyze complex relationships and derive practical recommendations for action
- High degree of personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
