Requirements

• A current TS/SCI level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required.
• At least 9 years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava) and a Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience engineering, deploying, and maintaining high-performance, large-scale distributed platform solutions to handle high transaction volumes and ensure seamless scalability.
• Experience in designing enterprise APIs.
• Experience in RESTful web services.
• Experience in Microservices architecture.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms.
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
• Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting.
• Experience with the Linux operating system.
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Git, Nexus, Maven).
• Must be willing to travel to San Antonio, TX for an average of 3-4 days at a time every 3 months.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 1-2 days per week on customer site in Ft. Meade or Columbia, MD. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes as needed.
