About the role
- Consultant for TOTVS Protheus responsible for implementing contract, billing and finance modules. Acting as Key User to bridge business and technical teams during the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as Key User in the Contracts Management, Billing, and Finance modules throughout the Protheus implementation process.
- Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, and definition of improvements.
- Execute functional tests, carry out process validation/homologation, and validate system parameterizations.
- Support internal teams in adapting to new system routines, ensuring adherence to business rules.
- Serve as the point of contact between end users, IT, and TOTVS consultants.
- Create and update manuals, procedures, and operational workflows for the modules involved.
- Conduct user training and provide support during the post-implementation period.
- Identify inconsistencies, propose solutions, and follow up on fixes with the responsible team.
- Support the planning and execution of go-live, ensuring the stability and functionality of the deployed modules.
Requirements
- Experience with additional Protheus routines and modules.
- Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN).
- Experience with project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Basic SQL knowledge for queries.
